I have been a customer of Peterson Insurance since they first opened in 1998. They have insured my family’s auto and home with Erie Insurance, and we’ve always been very happy with their level of service and their friendly staff. The agency has made an annual donation for the past twenty years to sponsor two local organizations that I take part in, which include the Haverford Football Followers and Haverford High School Sports Hall of Fame. These organizations mean a lot to the local Haverford athletic community and we are so happy that Peterson supports us each year!"

A Strong History of Service to the Community
Founders Susie & Charlie Peterson were long time sponsors of several local youth sports leagues and community organizations. They started sponsoring the Haverford Football Followers in the late 1990’s when both of their sons played for Haverford High School. Their daughter Maggie and her husband Ted who are now the current owners, are proud to continue to sponsor several local organizations.
The agency has continued its sponsorship of several youth teams such as the Brookline Baseball and Softball League (which is located just a few blocks away from Peterson Insurance's office) and also the Hilltop Baseball and Softball League. Peterson Insurance has also supported the Haverford High School Sports Hall of Fame for over ten years. Haverford Township Day has been another annual event that Peterson has donated to with funds going towards Haverford Township Parks & Recreation Dept. Maggie still remembers helping to work the booth at Haverford Township Day when she was in elementary and middle school. Peterson Insurance is also proud to support the local YMCA, Haverford Township Library, Discover Haverford Economic Development Agency, and several other organizations that help make our community strong and thriving for years to come!”
Haverford Partnership for Economic Development (HPED)
Peterson Insurance is proud to be a member of the Haverford Partnership for Economic Development (HPED).
The Haverford Partnership for Economic Development is a partnership between Haverford Township, business and property owners and Township residents.
HPED fosters economic growth in Haverford Township by supporting local businesses in a variety of ways, promoting Haverford Township as a destination, hosting events such as Moonlight Dining on the Boulevard and the Haverford Home & Garden Show, and revitalizing our business districts and public spaces.
