Claims (Non-Glass or Towing): Know Your Resources

In the event of an emergency after hours:
You can still take advantage of your insurance carrier’s 24/7 Claim Support Service to report a claim directly to the insurance company’s claims department. By doing so, the carrier can file your claim. However, we still encourage you to contact Peterson Insurance Service as soon as possible. Even after a claim is submitted, our team can provide valuable support, answer your questions, and advocate on your behalf if needed.

Glass Claims

If you need to report a glass claim, many insurance carriers have separate contact numbers or dedicated services for glass repair or replacement. You can typically find this information on the back of your auto ID card or within your carrier’s mobile app.

Roadside Service

Need a tow or roadside help? Many insurance carriers offer dedicated contact numbers for roadside assistance, which are often different from their regular claims lines. You can usually find this information on the back of your auto ID card or in the carrier’s mobile app.
