Joe received a bachelor's degree in business management from West Chester University. He worked his way through college waiting tables at several local restaurants before pursuing a career in restaurant management. Equipped with extensive customer service experience, and a degree in business, the insurance industry seemed like a natural transition when it was time to pursue a new career.
