Melissa received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Cabrini University. She worked in the property management industry for 16 years beginning as a Leasing Consultant, transitioning to a Marketing Assistant and then becoming a Training Director. Melissa’s true passion is customer service and she thoroughly enjoys helping people the best way she can. When she decided to pursue a new career, the insurance industry seemed like the perfect transition.
